The buyer is granted a currency purchase bond from the Central Bank, It is called in Turkish (Döviz Alım Belges), The foreigner can carry out this process through any bank in Turkey, Which in turn completes this process with the central bank.
The buyer can carry out this procedure himself or authorize another person with an official power of attorney authorizing him to represent him before the banks to carry out this procedure, This document must be obtained before starting the purchase of the property and the full amount of the property must be exchanged through the central bank and the sale is not made in the title deed if the amount in the document (Döviz Alım Belges) does not match the title deed price.
